Using OWA webmail

OWA webmail works best with the newest version of browsers (IE 7, Mozilla Firefox, Opera).

How to Login:

If you have 3 lines in your login screen, please login this way (example):

Password of your own
OPETUS

If you have 2 lines in your login screen, please login this way(example):

Kbi2iStephenK
Password of your own

How to Use other email-clients:

Please use IMAP-protocol with SSL. 
Incoming server: owa.kajak.fi
Outgoing server: use server that allows relay from your computer. Owa.kajak.fi doesn't allow relay from outside campus.

How to Change the Language:

If your OWA is in Finnish, please change the language setting in your browser:

Tools – Internet options – Languages-button. Remove Finnish and add English. Please check that at least one language is chosen in the list.

Known Problems:

If the security level is set to High in your browser, OWA will not work. Please check Internet options – Security-tab – Custom Level – Medium
