The School of Tourism provides programmes of 210 credits extending over 3.5 years and leading to a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. One degree programme is taught completely in English (Degree Programme in Tourism) and two in Finnish.
Students on the Degree Programme in Tourism (taught in Finnish) will gain knowledge and experience of nature tourism focusing on outdoor exercise and sports, as well as organising various kinds of events and meetings. In the Degree Programme in Hospitality Management students will gain in-depth knowledge of developmental, marketing and leadership tasks required in catering services and business management.
