A continually growing number of employers value international competence, a skill on which we place particular emphasis here at Kajaani UAS. It is possible to complete some of your courses and the practical training period abroad. Kajaani UAS has international partners in over 30 countries. During your studies here at Kajaani UAS you will meet exchange students from our partner universities and you can also savour the international atmosphere by acting as a peer for foreign exchange and degree programme students or by going on one of our many study visits abroad. Employers can also head-hunt foreign trainees through Kajaani UAS. Select a degree programme delivered completely in English – either the Degree Programme in International Business, the Degree Programme in Tourism or the Degree Programme in Sports and Leisure Management. Or, simply choose interesting courses from the selection on offer within these degree programmes. In addition to English and Swedish as a foreign language you can also study five different languages. Your practical language skills will be further enhanced by the numerous foreign lecturers who visit our different schools. Our international operations also include a teacher and expert exchange program as well as study visits and introductory visits abroad. In addition to the normal student exchange, Business Economics and International Business students as well as Tourism students have the opportunity to complete a double degree at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences’ partner university in Germany. Co-operation negotiations are also currently ongoing with universities in other countries.
